Paypal is preferred for now. We may offer the possibility of paying with major credit cards some time later and will announce accordingly. All items must be paid in full within 48 hours of purchase or the sale will be cancelled.
Shipping
We ship via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. We always ship to your Paypal address unless you advise differently prior your purchase. Please ensure your Paypal address is current and correct.
Shipping within the USA is $5.50
Shipping to everywhere else is $8.00
Refunds and Exchanges
Dogs are individuals just like you and us and therefore have individual tastes. That is the same with our dogs. One just loves EVERYTHING, the other one is far more picky. All our treats have been ' sample chewed ' by our own dogs or others. They all loved them but that does not mean that every dog will. All purchases are final as we cannot be responsible for any dogs individual tastes. Sorry :-(
